Organic Cotton Scarf Design ︎
Stephane Opera is teaming up with the boivin workshop to offer a series of organic cotton scarves in the artist's colors. The scarf is made in France and comes from exclusively French know-how.
The organic cotton veil (80g/m2), whose yarn comes from the Mouline Thillot factory in the Vosges, is woven in Saône-et-Loire by Coublanc Textiles.
Ecological printing is carried out by Alexandre Fruchart (Meilleur Ouvrier de France in printing on fabrics), according to a process that he was the first to adopt in France.
This waterless process uses products certified OEKO-TEX standard 100 and GOTS thus ensuring no toxic chemical presence for nature and man. The cut with tailor's scissors and the hem are made in Atelier Boivin.
This scarf is delivered in a box customized by the artist. This is made in Paris by the Laramée house and is numbered.
